The Wharton Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture held its 103rd annual banquet and silent auction Tuesday, March 8, at the Wharton Civic Center. At the banquet, the chamber honored Lisa Freese as its educator of the year, Roberson Air Conditioning as its business of the year, and presented its community service award to Debbie Folks.
